We are sorry, but for health reasons, all cream and wrap sales are final and cannot be returned for a full or partial refund.

Massage Machines

We are sorry, but we cannot accept opened massage machines for health reasons. Unopened massage machines are refunded, though you will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Upon receipt of the return we will credit your account. Customer pays any shipping cost to return it.

We are not responsible for any delays or lack of delivery due to customs clearance issues.
